It’s official!
We’re proud to announce that DWELL Actual Property has joined the Corcoran household and is now generally known as Corcoran Dwellings. We did this just some months after our 10 12 months anniversary of opening.
We put a number of thought into this resolution. Whereas, we liked being an unbiased brokerage, we merely could not go up the chance to affiliate with this well-known model. We’re huge followers of the Corcoran story and advertising. (The Corcoran Story)
Our fabulous, small group of Realtors in Sarasota and St. Petersburg offered over $200,000,000 in 2021, so we did not make this resolution out of desperation.
On the finish of the day, the most important motive we made this resolution was to enhance our purchasers actual property expertise.
We stay up for serving our great neighborhood.
